talk to the ground hog you have 6 more weeks, stay warmIt has let up here for a bit, but I still don't like getting out in it unless I have too. cw
Springs just around the corner ,hang on a little bit longer .
I noticed there were snowdrops out today, crocus and daffodil shoots through the ground - spring is coming, there is hope! Keep warm, until then, Lis xx
Spring is on vacation right now in a tropical resort with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the dooor. I will gladly join forces with you and go drag him back here to melt all this blasted snow!
I saw buds on the pear tree this morning. Not very big buds, mostly just fuzzy spots, but I saw the promise of spring in them, so I know it's coming, but it sure is taking its own sweet time. Stay warm. Lane
It is pretty, but I know you're just as tired of winter as I am! It looks like the big storm is going to miss us (thankfully). They are saying just an inch or two for us.
Oops sorry. I think we've taken all the Spring. It's not really warm but it is seasonably warm and my neighbour cut her lawn today - although I think that was pushing it a bit. The snow sure is pretty on that tree though. Stay warm.
Yikes! Stay warm.... we are supposed to get ours tomorrow.
We had the rain turning to wet sloppy snow. It doesn't know what to do right now - snowing one minute and then raining the next.I am ready for spring - I've been getting the catalogs already!Liz
Marlene - it's great to have companionship when I have to sew late! :0) Happy Sewing - can't wait to see what you are making.
