Bees Knees Blocks

Leanne used the Glam Garden fabric line for her blocks. I had fun working with this fabric. She had everyone doing different blocks. I am glad that I had made the Trapezoid Block earlier (here). Only this block turned out larger than what it should have. The only thing I can think of is that when I made a new template because I couldn't find my other one it printed out bigger and that is what made the difference. This block is 12 and 3/4 by 12 inches. Leanne wanted a 12.5 square block. I wasn't sure what she would want to do with it so I am sending it back to her so she can decide how to handle it with the rest of her blocks.  The blocks will be in the mail the first of the week.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. We are hot here and up in the 100 degrees again. It is going to be  hotter than normal the rest of the month. So we are staying in to stay cool.
