I promised that I would post the photos of the
quilts that I saw at the Antique Show and Sale.

This one I thought was wonderful. The hand quilting on it was
super fine and I just love the pink andgreen. Only $295.
This one was also $295, I guess that is the going rate.
Then this Lone Star, not sure if you can see it too well but the bottom of this quilt
is rounded.
I am not sure how much the Star quilt was but this pretty little Basket Quilt
was $350. I wish I could have brought them all home.
And a close up of one of the blocks.
I haven't seen too many of the Basket quilts done like this one but
I have seen them with the appliqued handle.
They all appeared to be in good shape
except for some fading and a bit of ware. I am
sure that they were well used in their day.

There all beautiful I can't believe the prices ,here in Canada they would be much more ,Thanks for sharing I enjoyed it .
